Diagnopein Arterial Colour Doppler Centre in Karad
Arterial Colour Doppler is a non-invasive ultrasound diagnostic test that uses high-frequency sound waves to assess blood flow in arteries. Unlike standard ultrasound, this test provides real-time color-coded images that show both the structure of the arteries and the speed and direction of blood flow. By doing so, it helps to detect blockages, narrowing, blood clots, and other vascular abnormalities that may impair circulation.
The technology works by bouncing sound waves off moving red blood cells and translating these echoes into colorful images — typically red and blue — which indicate the flow direction and velocity. This enables healthcare providers to accurately evaluate vascular conditions such as peripheral artery disease (PAD), atherosclerosis, and arterial stenosis.
